Planning Commission meetings are the third Monday of each month at 6:30 PM WHEN ARE THE PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING’S? All other special meetings will be advertised in the local newspapers at least 24 hours before the meeting. Special monthly meetings (work sessions) will be Wednesdays prior to the monthly meeting at 5 PM at the township building at which time the agenda for the upcoming meeting is set. Do not mix trash or other debris with leaves, grass clippings or brush.Wet leaves in the road may create a slippery surface and therefore a traffic hazard.Try to create piles at the edge of your property and if possible, not in the street, in an effort to keep the roadway and storm drains clear of debris.Do not blow leaves into the way of traffic.Additional Information regarding leaf collection: Once the leaf machine passes it will NOT return until the 2 nd scheduled collection.įor any questions, please contact the Public Works Department at 26.
